NC Republican’s Anti Trump Farm Bill Targets Citizen Arrests With Funds From Edward Byrne Federal Grant Funds … PART II

NC Republican Lawmakers are actively writing a bill that will put NC Hemp farmers out of business.  NC Republican Lawmakers are actively changing Donald Trump’s Farm Bill to target, arrest and prosecute NC Citizens.  NC Republican Lawmakers are actively changing Donald Trump’s Farm Bill to change the definition of Hemp to Marijuana.  NC Republican Lawmakers are actively changing Donald Trump’s Farm Bill that clearly states “No State or Indian Tribe shall prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp”.

The Edward Byrne Federal Grant (JAG) is federal money sent to State and Local law enforcement to prohibit the transportation or shipment of drugs and narcotics.  States and Local law enforcement receive funds every year from the Edward Byrne Federal Grant (JAG) program.  Daily, weekly and monthly Drug and Narcotic (Marijuana) arrest records dictate how much each State and Local law enforcement agency receive each year.

Donald Trump’s 2018 Farm Bill made Hemp Legal to all United States Citizens in every state to purchase, possess and use.  State and Local law enforcement arrest records are down because people are choosing Hemp to purchase, possess and use and not marijuana.  State and Local law enforcement daily, weekly and monthly “Marijuana” arrest numbers are down because they Can Not arrest, prosecute and jail people in possession of Hemp.  Therefore, when the yearly Edward Byrne Grant Application comes due, State and Local law enforcement Can Not show high “Marijuana” arrest records like previous years, therefore the money they are used to receiving from the Edward Byrne Grant will be significantly less than what they are used too.

NC local law enforcement, including Associations of the SBI, NC Sheriffs Association, NC Chief of Police Association, & NC District Attorneys Association have asked that NC Republican lawmakers undermine Donald Trump’s 2018 Farm Bill language and create their own new language that will allow them to stop farmers from growing Hemp, criminalize NC citizens for purchasing, possessing and using Hemp solely so their association can benefit financially from receiving Edward Byrne Grant Federal Dollars because the definition of Hemp has been changed to Marijuana solely for their Law Enforcement Associations to receive Edward Byrne Grant Federal Dollars from Arresting, Prosecuting and Jailing NC Citizens for Purchasing, Possessing and Using Federally Legal Hemp!

The State of Indiana and the Governor are currently being Sued by Indiana Hemp Businesses because Indiana tried to do the same thing of making Hemp Illegal in Indiana in a direct opposition to President Trump’s 2018 Farm Bill

 

 

The State of Indiana and the Governor of Indiana are being sued by multiple Hemp groups because Indiana Lawmakers Illegally change the definition of Hemp to Marijuana!

 

 

United States Citizens, along with North Carolina Citizens are benefiting from the growing, sale, purchase, possession and use of Hemp Flower.  United States Citizens, along with North Carolina Citizens have the Federal Right to the growing, sale, purchase, possession and use of Hemp Flower.  Changing the North Carolina law making Hemp the same as Marijuana simply allows North Carolina Law Enforcement the right to grow their Marijuana arrests.

If North Carolina Lawmakers allow the North Carolina General Assembly to Make Hemp Illegal by changing the name and description of Hemp to Marijuana, the North Carolina Governor and others will too be sued!!

Below is an example of the Arrests numbers in Indiana funded by the Edward Byrne Grant Federal Funds.  Now that Hemp has been made the same as Marijuana you can only imagine the increase in these numbers.  The increase of turning Indiana’s Hemp Using Citizens into Marijuana Possessing Criminals all so that Local Law Enforcement can receive more United States Citizen’s Tax Paying Money.

What will North Carolina Republican and Democrat Lawmakers Choose?  It is currently Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program Application Season.

Citizens of the United States of America under Donald Trump’s 2018 Farm Bill are benefiting greatly from the legal growing, sale, purchase, possession and use of Hemp and Hemp Flower!

North Carolina Citizens Urge State Representatives not to allow the NC local law enforcement, including Associations of the SBI, NC Sheriffs Association, NC Chief of Police Association, & NC District Attorneys Association to purposefully and intentionally change the definition of Hemp to Marijuana solely so they can receive the Edward Byrne Grant Federal Funds provided by the taxes collected from United States Citizens.

In doing so to purposefully and intentionally change the status of law abiding Citizens to law breaking Criminals!
